~ This setup just changed my brewing game 🤩

Decided to revisit No.15 from the .coffee Advent Calendar, but this time with my latest brewing gear—and wow, the difference is real.

After multiple brews, here’s my verdict:
This setup demands precision!
The with paper filter combo is no joke! 🔥 A true fast-brewing challenge. You really need to understand flow rate, extraction time, and especially grind size—finer is the key here. It takes testing to find its limit, but once dialed in, the results are rewarding.

The Rain Splitter plays a huge role in controlling agitation, leading to a more even extraction and a well-balanced cup, without bitterness creeping in.

Overall, this might be the setup I enjoy the most. I’ve been using the same drippers for over 4 years, and the arrival of the Solo Dripper, I don’t see myself upgrading anytime soon.
