PHOENIX CLAWS...also known as dim sum chicken feet, are a Cantonese delicacy. Fried and braised to a soft, gelatinous texture, they are marinated in a savory umami sauce.. hours of waiting to be able to enjoy it. Some people loves to have it just so, some people loves to have it with wanton noodles 😉🤤🤭🤭😁

2026 DRAGON BOAT FESTIVAL
All time favourite .... Always Used fresh meat from market. Not frozen but fresh meat 😉
Well if you used frozen meat before surly you know how it tastes. Yes frozen ones is much more cheaper then fresh meat.. do you know how long it's keept frozen and the origin of the meat.... for safety precautions. ✌️

Originated around 400 years ago in the ancient kingdom of Magadha (modern-day South Bihar, India)
Peranakan meet Indian became another superb savory delicacy. Using panipuri casing instead of using pie tee casing / salad " Jiu Hu Cha " .

Just a simple dish. Easy to cook 😉
Braised pork belly with preserved vegetable 👩‍🍳🤤🤤✌️
This I used dried preserved vegetable. Just simply wash of the dirt before soaking until soft, wash and cut into small sizes. As for Pork belly you can choose fatty or less fatty. 3 Layers or 5 Hua rou..
Results are superb texture Just nice. Goes well with rice and porridge

Cucur Badak and kueh keria.... nice to enjoy as breakfast or as tea break 🤤🤭

Sweet potato doughnuts or sugar-glazed sweet potato

Sweet potato dumplings with spicy coconut filling or spicy sweet potato fritters.

Less flour mixture to get soft texture results 😉
As for the serunding kelapa I add in extra dried shrimps with slightly more on herbs = full of spicy fragrances savoury serunding 😋👍
