Our latest release, Ethiopia Alo Chilaka Washed, is grown on the highlands of Sidama, where the cool mountain climate slows the maturation of the cherries, allowing them to develop exceptional sweetness, complexity and clarity.

The result is a beautifully expressive cup that flaunts fruit-forward notes of bergamot, melon, mango, and hints of lemongrass.
