We were delighted to be part of a school's International Day celebration, where this year's theme was Canada! It was a joy to introduce students to some of Canada's most iconic desserts.

A traditional Canadian fried pastry, freshly fried until golden and coated in fragrant cinnamon sugar, then finished with colourful sprinkles for a fun festive touch.

🍫 Nanaimo Bars

Canada's famous no-bake layered dessert featuring a chocolatey biscuit base, a smooth vanilla custard filling, and a rich chocolate topping.

🥧 Mini Butter Tarts

One of Canada's most beloved classic pastries, made with buttery pastry shells and filled with a rich, caramel-like buttery filling, each decorated with a little Canadian flag.
