Recently, we have been thinking of a seasonal menu for the coming Hari Merdeka. The question is, what is the dish that is loved by all Malaysians and represents us all?

We guess all malaysians will have the same answer!!!!!

”Nasi Lemak”

And yes, we make it from scratch in house.

1) Basmathi rice cooked with coconut milk, pandan leaf and lemon grass.
2) Slow-cooked sambal with fresh and dried chilis, shrimp paste, dried prawn, onion, shallot and tamarind paste.
3) Deep fried chicken/Nam yu pork belly.
4) Stir fry tempeh with black beans, garlic and chili.
5) Premium quality anchovies and peanut.
6) Lastly, a fried free-range egg.

We do have a dessert and drink to pair with the Nasi Lemak as well.

1) Pandan Creme Caramel
2) Adult’s Milk Tea(contains brandy)

We will be serving these from 30th of August until 16th of September.
