DIB Restaurant Cafe & Catering DIB (Deaf-in-Business) Restaurant Cafe & Catering is Halal Certified by JAKIM. Accredited by Kuskop as a Social Enterprise. Established on 1.1.2011.

Founder is Dr Allen Teh (+60193523082). Call us today if you like to support us or for collaboration. DIB HQ & Training Centre @ Menara Gamuda, PJ TRADE CENTRE (see map at https://www.dibz2h.rocks)

Used to be called DIB COFFEES OF HAWAII since 2011, but we have changed our name to DIB RESTAURANT CAFE (DIBZ2H) from 2017, as we do not sell Hawaiian Coffee anymore ...sad but true...because it has become too costly to fly the roasted beans to Malaysia all the way from Hawaii. However, we roast our own 100% Arabica beans and create beans very similar to Hawaiian beans, which are strong and fragrant. Started in 2011 as a self-funded Social Enterprise to train and employ deaf Malaysians, leading to deaf entrepreneurship. Currently we have only 1 location - DIB Gamuda full-fledged 100 seaters restaurant in Menara Gamuda

Looking forward, we welcome investors and philanthropists who has the money and passion for our work, to join forces with us. We can only expand our work with funds, and we have already a mature business model where we can establish similar DIB projects in other countries around the world, anywhere where there are people with disabilities (PWDs) especially deaf and people in wheelchair. Today, DIB welcomed BrewAble Solutions, a student-led social enterprise working to create more inclusive employment pathways for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). DIB will always lend a hand to young adults who have big "dreams" to make a difference and impact in society.

BrewAble prepares PWDs with practical, workplace-ready skills and connects them with suitable employment opportunities through collaborations with community organisations and industry partners.

BrewAble is currently looking for organisations interested in supporting its journey as Training Partners, Employment Partners, or Sponsors.

Malaysia has too many holidays already and we dont need more holidays especially ad hoc holidays like this one. So disruptive and DIB would have lost another day of business sales, as we rely on office crowd. :(
