Bored and Agitated of ?? We are getting Restless (cos theres so much to do but nothing can be done) and Fidgety (cos our Pastry Kitchen is CLOSED!! and we are craving badly for them Custard Creampuffs)
Well looks like we can only Plan, Plan, Plan and Plan, but we do have something up our sleeves; we are working on enhancing our Pastry Bar and Pre-reception Counters with Themed Decor.

Do you know # 1001:
A tart base is made with shortcrust pastry which is mainly nothing more than a mixture of flour, butter or oil, eggs and some water.
But, do you actually know that the perfect tart base are soft or some call it 'short' and crumbly.
To match the best fillings to the perfect tart base wether its sweet or savoury, a dash of zest or tanginess or it can be smooth and creamy and even cheesy. Choose fruit-based or more with custard; lemon, blueberry cheese, mango peach as good as chose fun or laugh out loud, romance or wild and passion kisses, clumsy yet SWEET….how about all together?
