Our favourite SUPERGREEN for salads - Curly Kale, also known as Scots kale.

Fortunately, adding kale to your diet is relatively simple. If you’re not a fan of salads, kale chips could be the way to go for you. We recommend drizzling some extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil on your kale leaves, sprinkle some salt and bake in it the oven until crispy, voila!
