Dear customers,

We would like to apologise for not being able to serve you on time as currently we are facing the lack of staffing.

We have been mostly understaff for almost a year now despite our constant hiring efforts.
With the constant rising daily cases, it gets that little bit harder to hire as restaurants are generally seen as a Covid high risk work space.

With cases rising, it is almost unavoidable to find our team being first degree contact to family members or housemates who at one point is a Covid patient. So based on KKM SOP, we will quarantine them for 10-14 days and them get them tested. Just in the last 1 week, we’ve had to quarantine up to 4 people for being first contacts. Thankfully none have been found to be positive so far.

With that, I ask for your understanding and continuous support as we navigate our way through these turbulent times. Please stay safe and continue to adhere to the highest of SOPs.

By management team of Monga Fried Chicken Georgetown and Butterworth.
