A rich fruit cake with royal icing — a true challenge for me, as it was my first time working with royal icing. It certainly wasn't easy, but I'm proud to have accomplished it!

This special cake was created for a very special couple celebrating 50 years of love, compassion, understanding, and sacrifice together.
