MARINA MIRI LEPAK SAMA:
📍Lot 2012, 2, Jalan Marina 3, 98000 Miri, Sarawak

We are seeking an experienced EXECUTIVE CHEF to lead our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Operations：

· Oversee all daily kitchen activities, including prep, cooking, plating, and closing procedures
· Ensure all stations comply with sanitation, safety, and health regulations

Food Testing & Quality Control：

· Conduct daily food tasting to ensure consistency, taste, and presentation standards
· Monitor ingredient freshness and proper storage

Training & Development：

· Train all newcomers (regardless of level) on kitchen protocols, recipes, and equipment
· Develop junior team members through hands-on coaching and shift feedback
· Create and update training materials for core stations

Qualifications

· 2+ years of culinary experience at least.
· Proven ability to train and mentor new hires and junior cooks
· Strong knowledge of food safety
· Experience conducting food quality tests / sensory evaluation
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
