Pete's Deli Miri Pete’s Deli, a Miri-based company, is a mom and pop diner that serves homemade, healthy comfort food. It was founded in 1992.

We serve healthy, homemade western food that everyone can enjoy and appreciate, while at the same building a relationship between us and our customers. As the owner of Pete's Deli, we’ve had the privilege of running a cozy and welcoming spot in our community. It has been an incredible journey, but after much consideration, we’ve decided to let go of the café due to time constraints, as we are unable to dedicate the attention it deserves.

We are now looking for someone passionate about the café business who can take over and bring fresh energy into this beloved space.

We are hiring:

1. Kitchen Assistant
-Properly cleaning, washing and drying all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards.
-Perform sorting, storing, and preparation duties as requested
-Packing take-out orders as needed.
-Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags, and washing garbage cans.
-Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required.
-Inventory needed when necessary

2. Drinks maker cm Order taker
-Take order, Collect payment & reconcile in the system
-Preparing beverages accordingly
-always keep the place tidy and clean
-always wash up the used cups / utensils immediately; depends on the situation
-preparing sandwiches accordingly
-clean all used items daily
-Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required
-Inventory needed when necessary
