💁🏻‍♀️*** about “GLOSSY BUTTERCREAM”- Glossy buttercream is a meringue based buttercream, it has a very smooth and light texture, with a little sweetness that goes perfectly with most of the cakes. Glossy buttercream flowers are able to stay in shape when they are kept in cooling space, it will not easily melt.
* 有关“奶油霜”- 韩式奶油霜与传统奶油口感大不相同,它即有入口即化和清爽的口感,还带一丝微甜。裱出来的奶油霜花朵不会轻易融化,只要存放在室内或凉爽的空间,花朵形状依旧不变,也绝对适合配搭在多数的蛋糕口味。🍰
