各位亲爱的顾客以及常客，The Hub Bar and Bistro在此宣布本店即将在2022年9月30日结束营业。
本店感到非常可惜，不能再为各位顾客服务了。营业了好几年，也熬过了最艰难的MCO时段，最近生意逐渐好转终于守得云开见月明。本打算重新装修一番，给顾客们带来更舒服的环境，就在合约到期的前两天，收到了解约通知。这个突如其来的坏消息深深地打击了我们。由于店主不再续约，本店也无法再继续营业下去。为了再续约我们甚至还提高了租金（和新租客一样），却还是失败徒劳无功。在此之前，店主亲自和我们会面还亲口答应会让我们续约。遗憾！我们该做的都做了，却也无可奈何无能为力。无奈的心情之下只好接受这个残酷事实。
最后，由此通知各位还有仅存着本店draught coupon的客人们请在16/9/2022前来兑现，也请各位喜爱本店食物的客人们可以在本店结束营业前再来品尝本店的美食，非常感恩。在此由衷的感谢各位常客们的支持与喜爱，若本店另寻好地点再次开业，我们会再另行通知，希望往后还有这个荣幸再为大家服务，谢谢。

Dear Patrons & Customers, The Hub Bar & Bistro hereby, with regrets, announce on the closure of our business by 30th September 2022. Having been in this service for the past years, and gone through the most difficult MCO moments, our business has recently been hopeful and plan of renovations for a more comfortable environment to serve you better, was all in place. However, this would not longer be possible. Two days before our rental contract expires, we were suprised to be informed that there is no renewal, despite the fact the owner has earlier agreed to. A futher step was taken by us to willingly have the rental raised as offered to their new tenant. It was not fruitful.
Last but not least, for our Patrons & Customers who have the draught coupons, please come to redeem these coupons at The Hub Bar & Bistro, before 16/9/2022. For now, we continue to welcome all of you to The Hub. Our sincere appreciation, and thanks to all for your support for all these years. We will announce again if we are able to start over again at another location. Once again, our apologies, and thank you.
