关于Ace Club正式解散及全面重塑的郑重声明
Notice on the Official Dissolution and Complete Rebranding of Ace Club
致全体会员及社会各界：
因内部业务调整与战略清算，Ace Club 将于 2026 年 7 月 19 日起正式终止运营，并宣告彻底解散。
To all members and partners: Due to internal business adjustments and strategic liquidation, Ace Club will officially cease all operations and dissolve effective July 19, 2026.
现将场馆后续交接及重塑事宜正式公告如下：
The official notice regarding the subsequent handover and restructuring of the venue is as follows:
1️⃣ 品牌终结与团队撤出 | Brand Termination & Team Withdrawal
自 7月19日 起，“Ace Club” 品牌名称停止使用。原管理团队及运营主体全面解散并彻底撤出，不再对该场馆拥有任何经营权与管理权。
Effective from July 19, the ”Ace Club“ brand will be permanently discontinued. The original management and operational team has been completely dissolved and withdrawn, holding no further rights over the venue.
2️⃣ 新团队进驻与全新品牌 | New Management & Rebranding
场馆现已由全新的独立第三方运营团队全盘接管，并将进入封闭式彻底重新装修阶段。重新开业后，将启用全新的品牌名称及企业形象。新品牌与原 Ace Club 在法律、运营及股权上无任何关联。
The venue has been fully taken over by an entirely new, independent third-party operational team and will undergo a complete, closed-door renovation. Upon reopening, a brand-new brand name will be launched. The new brand has no legal, operational, or equity affiliation with the former Ace Club.
3️⃣ 会员权益另行通知 | Membership Rights & Interests
针对现有会员的剩余权益及未尽事宜，新老团队目前正在进行核心数据的交接与核对。具体的处理、清算或置换方案，我司将于近期另行发布官方通知，请各位会员密切留意官方渠道。
Regarding the remaining rights and interests of existing members, the teams are currently verifying the core data. Specific solutions and arrangements will be officially released in a separate notice shortly. Please stay tuned to our official channels.
