Vouchers can be purchased from our shop starting today.
You can also purchase the vouchers from Sabrina & Patricia for those staying in the condominium.

The buffet will be on the 21st of December 2024 on Saturday starting 7pm at straits court condominium pasir emas.

Prices for the vouchers are as below :
RM 50 for adults
RM 30 for kids 12 and below

Please present your vouchers on the day of the buffet.

Get to know the chef that makes it all happen in our little place

Chef James Theseira was born into a Kristang (Portuguese) culinary family in Melaka in 1966 and started to learn how to cook from his late father Michael Theseira at the age of 10, who started the Portuguese Restaurant in the Malacca Settlement specializing in Portuguese and Seafood dishes. The youngest in the family, he was already an accomplished chef by the age of 16 and even cooked for Malaysian celebrities the likes of Uji Rashid and DJ Dave who patroned the restaurant. Turning 18, Chef James moved to Kuala Lumpur to pick up western cooking at Prince Hotel and subsequently ventured into another Theseira family restaurant in Rawang until the age of 21. He then secured a job with Hereema Marine Contractors, headquartered in the Netherlands to work on various kitchen vessels with projects across the globe. HMC is one of the biggest offshore contractors with a history spanning 76 years. After 15 years cooking for thousands of multinationals (from 38 countries), Chef James was then headhunted to work for another giant offshore energy contractor - Allseas, headquartered in Switzerland for another 17 years. His total 32 years of working offshore gave him an immeasurable skill and technique in multiple culinary genres from Dutch to Spanish/Creole cuisine in all food groups, adding on to his homegrown early experience with Asian and Kristang cooking. Chef James decided to bring home his invaluable experience and founded T Brothers in 2022 with the ambition to provide affordable Western, Portuguese/Nyonya and Asian dishes within Malaysia and subsequently the South East Asian region. His meticulous style and creative techniques can only be truly appreciated when you dig into his mouthwatering culinary creations, honed from 48 years of passionate cooking!! - Clinton Daniel Jeremiah
