📌 Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest enquiries and reservations professionally.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide attentive service.
- Coordinate housekeeping and ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the guest house.
✅ Requirements
- Friendly, polite, and responsible personality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
