A special Dine & Listening Session @ Kasbah Langkawi

Palumara is a fish soup born in the region of Bima, on the enchanting island of Sumbawa, Indonesia, also the birthplace of the iconic musician, Tommee Balukea.

For Tommee Balukea, this is not just a fish soup. It is a memory.

It carries him back to evenings from his childhood, when his grandmother’s kitchen would come alive with a burst of tangy aromas. Every ingredient that makes this fish soup so special is an embodiment of his identity. And every slurp carries a wave of nostalgia, playing softly at the back of his mind, grounding him to the roots of his homeland.

As a dedication to his grandmother’s fish soup, Tommee created an album titled Recipe.

Experience an intimate dining session where Tommee Balukea himself becomes the chef of the day, preparing the iconic Palumara fish soup to bless your taste buds at Kasbah Langkawi on 21 January 2026.
