You become more than a server. You become a storyteller, an educator, a host, and a guide. The role constantly challenges you to learn and grow. You develop knowledge in food science, flavour pairings, guest psychology, communication, and service excellence. At the same time, you’re helping guests discover and appreciate experiences they may never have encountered before. In the simplest term, you’re an experiences curator.
