Our most intense alcoholic cake goes to…𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘀𝗸𝗲𝘆 & 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗱𝗼 🥃 ☕️

This year’s Father’s Day specialty cake, added to our permanent menu for its high positive feedback and popularity

𝑆𝑒𝑚𝑖𝑓𝑟𝑒𝑑𝑑𝑜 literally means “half-frozen” in Italian, so this is a dessert meant to be enjoyed in an ice-cream-like way ❄️

Our tiramisu semifreddo is light and creamy from the egg yolk and mascarpone base, then infused with aromatic dark roast coffee beans

You will also taste the rich chocolate almond sponge, boozy from the generous amount of Jameson wh***ey we add; and crunchy caramelized pecan nuts sprinkled in a creamy salted caramel and wh***ey coulis that cuts through the sweetness for a perfect balance

𝐒𝐨𝐣𝐮, 𝐘𝐚𝐤𝐮𝐥𝐭, 𝐉𝐚𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐭 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐬 🍇 ✨✨

Our Soju Jasmine Lychee was a huge hit, so we’ve decided to bring it back with something that seems to go even better with this combination - plump and sweet shine muscat grapes!

The grapes are infused in soju and yakult, and layered on a cloud-like jasmine chiffon, paired with light and floral chantilly infused overnight with Jasmine tea leaves 🌸

Onde-onde, 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙬𝙖𝙮. We use Gula Apong instead of Gula Melaka for a deeper caramel flavour

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙨𝙪𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙨 𝙬𝙖𝙮. We sneak in a dash of alcohol - Malibu for a more complex coconut profile

And of course, we keep everything 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲.

Malaysia is 63, so is our Treat Box tomorrow!

If you pickup at our studio in Jalan Tun Jugah between 12-1:30pm, you can get a treat box of 3 slices at only RM63 (NP: RM75)

To ensure you have the full experience, we’ve made it a 2+1 treat box, so you need to choose either:

2 alcoholic cakes + 1 non alcoholic cake or
2 non alcoholic cakes + 1 alcoholic cake

WhatsApp us to pre order, or pickup a slice anytime at The Gourmand @ Wisma Elica! We will restock tomorrow at 2pm, but you can also drop by before that and buy the slices we freshly sent in the afternoon before
