Growing up in a small village, I’ve had the privilege of experiencing the beauty of Sarawak—our peaceful way of life, the weather, the amazing food, and, most importantly, the genuine warmth of our people.

Watching Sarawak continue to grow and progress over the years makes me even more proud to call this place home.

Matcha Day × Roots&Bliss 🌿

五天的快閃活動，正式告一段落了✔️

五月、發生一件有趣的小插曲。

五月的某一天，有位客人光臨店裡消費、事後問我：

「可以推薦古晉哪裡有好喝的抹茶嗎？」

我雖然很喜歡抹茶，卻很少特地去嘗試自己城市裡其他咖啡廳的抹茶。

沒想到，反而是她主動開口對我說

她說：

「你知道 Matcha Day 嗎？你一定要去喝看看，他們家的抹茶，是我喝過最棒的。」

那天下午難得有空，我幾乎想都沒想，就直接去了。

這是一家藏在市區巷子裡的小店。

走進去的那一刻，整個空間安靜、舒服，讓人不自覺放慢了腳步。

它和 Roots&Bliss 是完全不同的氛圍，卻同樣讓人喜歡。

離開後，我心裡一直有個念頭。

有點忐忑，也有點衝動。

我鼓起勇氣聯絡了他們的負責人，問了一句：

「要不要一起辦一場活動？」

沒想到，他們答應了。

於是，就有了這五天的 Matcha Day × Roots&Bliss。

謝謝 Matcha Day 的信任，也謝謝這五天每一位來支持我們的人。

有些故事，就是從一句簡單的推薦開始。

而我們，很幸運地把它變成了現實。🌿

爸爸版本的櫻桃杜拜巧克力塔🍒🍫

酥脆的 Kunafa、濃郁的自製開心果醬、
苦甜平衡的巧克力甘納許，

Introducing our newest flavour — The Dark Harvest 🖤.

We’ve never really explored black sesame before, but this time we decided to create something with a more adult flavour — a unique option for your Father’s Day table.

We went through countless recipe adjustments before finally landing on a version we truly loved. The deep, nutty aroma of black sesame paired with toasted pecans is simply irresistible.

As the flavours can be quite rich, we made a few tweaks to the panna cotta layer to bring more balance and keep every bite enjoyable.

Come give this cake a try — it might even help you grow more hair! 😆
