Biddy’s 很开心这次有机会参与 SCA 咖啡师技能课程，陪大家一起走这段咖啡学习的旅程。

这门课程其实很适合很多人, 不管你是平时爱喝咖啡的、咖啡师，还是有想经营咖啡厅，或者你已经在经营咖啡店的路上，都很值得来上。

课程由来自台湾的专业导师Mr. Gary带领。

从咖啡基础、咖啡豆和处理法，到萃取、风味、打奶、拉花，都会一步一步带你了解清楚。

老师也会在课堂上教很多很实际的东西，比如怎么调磨豆机、怎么判断萃取问题、咖啡机怎么运作、设备怎么保养，甚至连开店会遇到的顾客服务和成本概念都愿意与大家分享。

不只是教会你做咖啡，而是让你更懂咖啡，也能做得更稳定、更专业。

It’s back! ☕️

Something exciting is happening at Biddy’s Café soon. 🌿

We’re hosting another Latte Art Workshop this 30 Aug 2026 (Sunday) — a hands-on session where you’ll learn, practise, and get a little messy with milk. 🤎

Whether you’re completely new to latte art or already have some bar experience, you’re welcome!

For first-timers, we’ll work on the Basic Art, learning the foundation of milk texture, pouring, and control.

For those with experience, we’ll take it up a notch with the Winged Tulip pattern. 🪽

Everything will be guided step by step by our Head Barista, Lanice, with plenty of practice, patience, and room to find your own pouring style.
