What are your plans today?
Today I would like to share ways to make chocolate cheesecake.
Herbs
Chocolate Cake Layers
1 cup of liquid milk
1 cup cooking oil @ corn oil
1 cup of condensed milk
1 cup of cocoa powder
1 cup of castor sugar
2 eggs grade A
1 cup of wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 sudu teh baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Layers of Cheese
250 gram cream cheese
500 ml whipping cream
1/4 cup of condensed milk
Chocolate Layers ( ganache )
250 grams of dark chocolate @ cooking chocolate
250 ml whipping cream
1 tablespoon of butter
-Beat sugar, eggs and vanilla essence until it fully blooms. The mix will be pale.
-Insert oil and fresh milk beat again until even.
-Pour the flour, cocoa powder, bicarbonate soda, baking powder and salt into the batter, beat again until even then add hot water. Flat out messed up.
-Prepare a 7′′ @ 8′′ size mold covered with baking paper and pour half of the chocolate batter into the mold and steam for 20 minutes.
-In the meantime, may prepare the cream cheese batter instead. Beat the cream cheese and castor sugar until smooth and smooth.
-Insert egg and beat for a while.
-Then, add flour and water, beat again until everything is evenly.
-Pour the cream cheese batter into the pan filled with chocolate cake and steam for 20 minutes.
-After the cheese batter is cooked, pour the rest of the chocolate batter into the mold and steam again for 30 minutes or until cooked.
