昨天我們團隊特別來到 Jalan Ipoh 區的 Holistic Arogya 與 Black Cat Cafe，
為大家帶來了一場午後的療癒靜心時光。
在兩小時的活動中，
我們依序呈現了頌唱靜心、
銅鑼頌缽聲頻療癒與曼陀羅繪畫靜心。
恰逢母親節的月份，
來自各地的朋友們齊聚一堂，在溫馨的氛圍中共同慶祝這個特別的節日。
聲音的溫柔共振，撫平了都市的浮躁；曼陀羅繪畫的專注與清心，則為炎熱的午後注入了一股清涼。
在這忙碌的城市步調裡，
我們陪伴著大家，一步步找回久違的內在寧靜。
看著每個人手裡捧著自己專屬且滿意的曼陀羅畫作，
臉上綻放出燦爛、寬心的笑容，
那一刻，
我們也全然沉浸在當下的放鬆與喜悅中。
深深感謝主辦方的信任與邀請。
活動結束後，
我們還有幸與大家一同享用了美味的餐點，為這充實而溫暖的午後畫下完美的句點。
真的是很有意義、也充滿祝福的一個下午。
At the gracious invitation of the Selangor & Federal Territory Malayalee Association (SFTMA),
our team headed to Holistic Arogya and Black Cat Cafe in the Jalan Ipoh area to facilitate a healing and mindfulness afternoon session.
During the two-hour journey,
we guided the participants through meditative vocal toning,
sound healing with gongs and singing bowls,
and a mandala drawing meditation.
As participants gathered from all over, this gathering also became a beautiful, heartfelt celebration of Mother’s Day.
The gentle resonance of sound melted away the urban bustle,
while the tranquil focus of mandala painting brought a refreshing breeze to the warm afternoon.
Amidst the hectic pace of city life,
it was a privilege to help everyone rediscover a sanctuary of inner peace.
Immersed in a relaxing and comforting atmosphere,
our hearts swelled with joy as we watched everyone hold up their unique, beautiful mandala artwork, their faces beaming with radiant smiles.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the organizers for their trust and invitation.
To top off this beautiful day, we shared a delicious meal and warm conversations with everyone before bidding farewell.
What a deeply meaningful and blessed afternoon it was.
