We made this dish to celebrate local Nyonya cuisine ingredients, giving familiar fresh herbs the spotlight they deserve.

Instead of standard basil pesto, we use an aromatic ulam blend tossed hot with spiral pasta, topped with real sweet crab meat and parmesan cheese.
