During the development stages, we changed our menu offerings many times over, we changed the design layout more times than we can remember (Or want to remember…), and we changed the proposed location so many times that at one point a food-truck was a real possibility. What has never changed, and in fact was the driving force behind our vision, was the believe of creating a special place where the

people working there are the real assets. Now imagine this - imagine a place where you could have the best coffee you ever had (we do have that by the way, come and see – and smell – as we roast our very own coffee pretty much every morning), imagine a place where you can have the best and most delectable food you have had in a long time, imagine having all of that in the most interesting and engaging surroundings you have seen for quite some time. Now imagine all of that, and add to it the personal experience and service that you have always craved for, a place where people remember your name, your likes and your dislikes. A place where people always greet you with a smile, and where they bid you farewell with a true feeling that you will be missed.
