一道料理真正让人期待的，往往不只是入口的那一刻。
从 Chef 选用当天的食材开始，到细心处理、摆盘，再到最后以火焰带出不同的香气，每一个步骤都决定了最终呈现的味道。🔥

第一次 Omakase 就献给 KAZE 了🍣🌃

第一次来 KAZE OMAKASE 就直接爱上🤍 藏在 TSLAW Tower 高楼层，晚上还能一边看夜景、一边享受 Omakase，氛围直接拉满。
最喜欢的是每一道料理上桌都充满仪式感，看着主厨现握寿司，速度快到比男朋友回信息还快😂
真鲷刷上秘制酱汁，鲜甜瞬间被放大；扇贝入口即化，轻盈得像在吃云朵；刺身拼盘新鲜到每一口都能吃到海味。
还有 海虾配鱼籽，甜嫩又带着脆脆口感，最让我惊艳的还是最后的抹茶冰淇淋，为整套餐画下完美句点🍵✨
如果你在找 TRX 附近适合约会、庆生的 Omakase，这家真的值得收藏。边看夜景、边欣赏主厨料理，每一餐都是视觉和味觉的双重享受。🍣🌃

原来 Omakase 真的很适合 I 人🤍
没有太多打扰，只要静静看着主厨现握现做，再慢慢享受每一道料理。
前菜海葡萄配蟹肉清爽开胃，章鱼脚Q弹有嚼劲；Madai 油脂感刚刚好，Itoyori 带着淡淡奶香和烟熏味，Akami × Uni 更是鲜甜又绵密。
中间的 Mushimono 像布丁一样滑嫩， Kuruma Ebi Q弹扎实，每一贯都吃得到食材最原始的鲜味。
慢慢吃、慢慢感受，这就是 Omakase 最吸引我的地方。🍣✨

原来 Omakase 最有趣的是味道会慢慢变化🍣✨

这次最让我惊喜的，不只是食材，而是主厨特别安排了用餐顺序。
从前半段清爽的白身鱼、点缀姜花的鱼、生蚝到三种刺身，味道循序渐进，慢慢带到后面的浓郁风味，每一贯都像在开启新的惊喜。
印象最深的是油脂丰富的 Otoro、绵密鲜甜的 Uni、特别的茶碗蒸，还有入口即化的灼烧比目鱼🤍
最意外的是 鹅肝虾寿司！炙烧后的鹅肝撒上金箔，香气完全融入虾肉，连平时不太爱吃虾的我都被圈粉了。
最后再用微甜的玉子烧、季节烤鱼、蛤蜊味增汤和浓郁抹茶甜品收尾，每一道都刚刚好。
最喜欢 Omakase 的地方，就是味道会一层一层变化，让人忍不住期待下一道。
