MAZESOBA

Mazesoba is our restaurant's most popular hidden menu item.

Special chewy, extra-thick noodles, special soy sauce and chicken oil that absorbs a lot of chicken aroma.

For an extra taste change, add kelp vinegar and homemade raayu (chili oil) on the way to make it even better.

This menu is very popular with our restaurant's staff.
The taste is sure to satisfy both first-time customers and mazesoba lovers.

Please Try it!!

Tsukemen debut
Very popular!!!
TSUKEMEN RICH and TSUKEMEN LIGHT.
Extra-thick noodles with custom-made wholemeal flour.
These noodles are only available in Malaysia at our restaurant!!
Enjoy the sticky texture.

How to eat
① Try the noodles alone with a dash of salt.
② Dip the noodles in the soup and enjoy.
③ Serve with red onions and spinach if you like.

*Basically, you can eat it any way you like!!
but it is not recommended to pour the soup over the noodles😅
