緣起

2005年，我們從報章上知曉有餐廳出頂，聯絡之下才發現是一家名為梅林的素食餐館。經過商議，我們決定接手，並將其改名為城市素館。

我們經營餐廳已有二十多年的經驗，但皆為葷食餐館。對於素食，我們毫無經驗，可說是門外漢。梅林素館的主持人是位天道信徒，她鼓勵我們加入素食行業，並慷慨傳授我們有關素食的烹飪方法。她告訴我們說，亞庇持素的人數其實並不算少，素料供應方面也不成問題。機緣巧合，當時候正在經營的葷食食堂合約亦恰好期滿，我們毅然決定結束營業，對所有的工作人員進行素食烹飪訓練，全心投入素食行業。眨眼之間，城市素館如今已邁入第十一個年頭。

對於食物品質，我們持續進行改善，務求完美。城市素館的食材以天然原料為主，以確保顧客吃得健康、安心。這是我們一貫的宗旨。
