Our seafood is directly sourced from the Sabah fishermen whose boats return on shore, we are co-operating with the local fishermen, bypassing the layers of middlemen, wholesalers and grocery stores – all these could easily add up with significant mark-ups. Therefore, with the cost advantage, our restaurants can provide customers in Klang Valley the freshest seafood with reasonable price guaranteed. We would like to provide some elements of surprise and curiosity because there is not a set list of fish types in the menu, it all depends on what the fisherman have caught that day. Therefore we encourage you to come back at different period for seasonal dishes and menu. At the same time, we hope can promote Sabah seafood in Peninsular Malaysia, especially to the seafood lovers who appreciate different types, even more exotic types of seafood.
