我们这里没有大工厂的流水线，只有一口大锅、新鲜黄豆、天然斑斓叶，以及耐心的慢火熬煮。每一杯自制豆浆，都是我们在厨房里从零开始现煮的——真材实料，纯正天然，饱含用心。
因为坚持手工、现煮，我们的豆浆经常很快售完。卖完了一锅，我们重新开火煮下一锅。
常有熟客问我们：“能不能卖瓶装？” 说实话，在坚持不加防腐剂、不走捷径的前提下，我们的手工产量真的无法做到大量瓶装批发。
比起追求数量，我们追求质量, 更想把心思，放在让每一位到店的你，喝到新鲜、有温度的手工味道。。
我们的自制豆奶与现煮新鲜薏米水，都是用真材实料熬煮。为了不让孩子老是喝汽水，我们给自家儿子喝的多数是自家豆浆和薏米水。他最喜欢是豆浆水哦😋😆

We don't have automated factory production lines —only a big pot, fresh soya beans, natural pandan leaves, and a lot of patience over a slow simmer.
Every glass of our homemade Soya Bean is freshly cooked from scratch right in our kitchen: real ingredients, pure and natural, filled with heart and effort.
Because we insist on handmade freshness, our soya bean often sells out quickly. Once a pot is finished, we fire up the stove and cook the next batch fresh again.
Our regulars often ask: "Can you sell it in bottle?" Frankly, without using preservatives or taking any shortcut, our handmade production simply can't support mass production in bottles.
Rather than chasing quantity, we choose quality, putting our effort into making sure our customer gets to enjoy the fresh and home made soya bean.
Both our Soya Bean and Barley are freshly cooked from scratch with natural ingredients.
