有時候，一碗麵，不只是填飽肚子。

今天有位醫生，在下班時間走進店裡點了一碗麵。
麵才剛端上桌，他接到電話，病人突然病發。

他幾乎沒有猶豫，立刻起身趕回醫院。
那碗還沒動過的麵，我們默默收了回來。

兩個小時後，他又回來了。
看得出來很疲憊，但還是笑著說：「可以再來一碗嗎？」

我們重新幫他煮了一碗熱騰騰的麵。
心想，這一碗我們如何都不能收費，是我們請他的。

可當他吃完準備離開時，什麼也沒多說，
只是默默拿起手機掃碼付款。

我們一看，
他付的是 雙倍的價格，我追了出去要還錢，

只留下一句簡單的話：
「謝謝你們。」

那一刻才明白，
原來這個世界一直都有人在互相體諒、互相溫暖。

他在醫院裡拼命救人，
而我們，只是想讓他在忙碌之間，
能好好吃上一碗熱麵。

醫者仁心，人間也有煙火溫情。
有時候，一碗麵，暖的不只是胃，
還有整個人心。 🍜❤️

「炸酱麵」——又是一碗让我背叛鸡饭的麵食！

Q弹的麵条光是入口就已经赢了一半，搭配香菇肉碎，咸香中带点微甜，层次丰富；溏心蛋柔嫩入味，炸云吞香脆、水煮云吞滑口，两种口感一次满足。而我还额外加了烧肉——外皮酥脆、肉质厚实，绝对是加分项！

重点来了！一大匙招牌虾米辣椒再加上特调辣椒酱，一淋上去……哇，香气直接冲鼻而来，辣中带香，唤醒了整碗麵的灵魂。

这不是一碗随便的炸酱麵，这是让我背叛鸡饭，愿意一吃再吃的那碗“叛变级”美味麵食。
