Toyo Ryori’s new menu is truly one of the projects we’ve poured the most thought and effort into this year.

Before updating the menu, we took a step back and carefully reflected on every dish — identifying what worked well, what could be improved, and what should be refined or removed.

For the dishes we loved, we looked for ways to make them even better. For those that fell short of our expectations, we improved them. And for those that no longer suited the direction we wanted to take, we made the difficult decision to let them go.

Ta-da! Our new menu officially meets you today. Come and discover the surprises waiting for you 😉
