这款 Black Pepper Sauce，是当年从皇家山搬到店面后，在 Malawati Steak House 研发出来的招牌口味，不知不觉已经陪伴大家 15 年。

浓郁的黑椒香气、层次更丰富的口感，特别适合喜欢重口味和年轻朋友们。

除此之外，我们的 Chicken Chop Rice 和 Fish Chop Rice 也多了一个新选择！
现在除了炒饭，还可以选择搭配 Spaghetti，不管你是饭派还是面派，都能找到自己喜欢的组合。😋

This signature Black Pepper Sauce was first created at Malawati Steak House after moving from Bukit Malawati to the shoplot, and it has been loved for the past 15 years.
Bold, rich, and full of flavour, it perfect for those who enjoy stronger tastes and a little extra kick.

昨天来了一桌让我印象特别深刻的客人。
结账时，一位妈妈告诉我，她小时候曾在皇家山上吃过我们家的味道，那是她童年里美好的回忆。
多年后的今天，她特地带着儿子来到 Malawati Cafe，希望让孩子也感受她记忆中的那份味道。

Yesterday, we had a table that left a lasting impression on us. ❤️
While checking out, a mother shared that she used to enjoy our food at Bukit Malawati when she was young.Those meals became some of her cherished childhood memories.
Years later, she brought her son to Malawati Cafe, hoping to let him experience the same taste she grew up with.
