FUFU Cafe & Dessert Bar serves warm plated waffles with craft gelato, coffee, matcha, cakes and mini desserts at Wadi Hana. Open until 11.11pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday–Sunday; last order 10.15pm. Closed Wednesday.

这个月全是焙茶香🤎错过就没有了
这个月，
可以先暂时把绿色放一边，
来试试看另一种很不一样的茶香——焙茶 🤎

跟抹茶比较起来，
焙茶少了一点青涩感，
多了一种烘烤过后的香气。

喝起来比较温和，
还有一点坚果、焦糖和暖暖的感觉。

原本只是想做一两款这个月限定，
结果越做越上头，
最后直接变成一整套 Holly Jully 焙茶系列 😂

这次不只是饮料而已。

有焙茶 Gelato、
焙茶 Mousse、
焙茶布丁、
焙茶蛋糕，
还有可以一次吃到不同口感的甜品组合。

喜欢浓一点茶感的，
可以从 Tsubaki Hojicha Gelato 或 Salty Hojicha Mousse 开始。

喜欢甜品层次比较丰富的，
可以看看 Hoji Molly Set。

想坐下来慢慢喝一杯的，
Hojicha World、Pink Sunset 和 Half & Half
也很适合放进这次的清单里。
