May's Vegetarian Kitchen Meatless recipes. Pure vegan since 2026. Everyone ask me why do I want to be a vegetarian? The answer is NO!

Have I tried all the tasty food in the world which if you convert to vegetarian recipes, it is not nice at all! I do not regret being a vegetarian because I know why I want to be one. I always remember one teaching that I learn when I'm young. " To have Harmony in the family, it starts on the dining table. No blood shall shed for you for your meals"

That is how I get to learn more about "WHY MUST I BE A VEGETARIAN"

So, I told myself, since I love to eat and to prove others that being a Vegetarian is not so uncool and unhealthy, I decided to create this page to record and teach friends,not to mention those who are interested in being a Vegetarian or wants to know how to make vegetarian reipes. Hope you can spread the love of NO killing of animals to everyone. Feel free to tag yourself and share if you want find that the places that I went and the food I make interest you. :)

营业时间：仅限星期五至星期日
星期五：上午10:30至晚上7:00
星期六及星期日：上午11:00至晚上7:00
最后点单：下午6:15

我们只提供纯素餐点，不含奶、蛋及五辛。您可以一边品茶，一边享用餐点，悠闲地度过一段时光。

茶馆也备有汉服供您穿着体验，带您感受古时的风雅，拍照留念，与茶相伴。

来喝茶、吃饭，也给自己片刻的清闲。

Opening hours: Friday to Sunday only
Friday: 10.30am–7.00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 11.00am–7.00pm
Last order: 6.15pm

All our food is vegan, with no milk, eggs or the five pungent ingredients (五辛). Enjoy a meal while sipping your favourite tea.

We also have Hanfu costumes for you to wear. Step back into ancient times, take a few photos, and enjoy a peaceful moment with us.

Come for tea, a meal and a little escape from the everyday.

我终于鼓起勇气，在新山开了一家属于素食者的中式茶馆。

一直以来，我都希望能够打造一个地方，
让大家可以静静喝一壶茶、吃一顿纯净素食，
暂时放慢脚步，享受片刻宁静。

当然，我还有一个小梦想。🤭

希望有一天，我发明的「素KFC」能够正式在万缘茶馆推出，让大家都能吃到这道我引以为傲的招牌料理！以前VFC是有用蛋的，现在是无蛋或奶的。vegan都可以吃的。

梦想还在努力实现中，但我相信，只要坚持，总有一天会成功。只是因为现在茶馆厨房不适合炸太多食物。
