Therefore, Yusheng (Lo Hei) symbolizes flourishing business, abundant wealth, and continuous good fortune.

Yusheng is usually enjoyed by family members or friends gathered around the table. Everyone uses chopsticks to toss the ingredients high into the air while saying auspicious wishes.

Tossing the salad together represents unity, teamwork, and sharing success.
