马来西亚人爱日本菜，所以刺身寿司店从年头至年尾都有新店开张，豪装或名厨坐镇等卖点数之不尽，二零一一年六月才开张的北海道日本料理，小店并不大，家私以木色为主，感觉清简。雪橱放满从日本东北、北海道以及九州运来的各款时令刺身，大厅可以容纳三十至四十人以及三间开门式的房间，还有一间十人的私人贵宾房。店中的主厨兼老板陆师傅，是新城寿司名店出身，又是日籍名厨的弟子。入行十八年，无论是寿司或刺身，都得到名店真传。
虽然有20年多年的厨艺，我们还是坚持每年到不同的国家学习。 本店会以新的菜单在次推出，让大家有惊喜。
