Mini Scoopable Cookies (9 cups)

185g melted butter
190g brown sugar
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla
225g flour
¾ tsp baking soda
1 tsp sea salt
200g couverture chocolate

Stuff each cookie with 24g hazelnut chocolate because life is too short for boring cookies 😌

Bake at 175°C for 15–18 minutes ONLY. Don’t overbake—we’re chasing gooey, melty, soft centers here.

Once out of the oven, sprinkle some sea salt on top. Trust me, it changes everything ✨

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and watch your self-control disappear 🫠🍦
