RESEPI BUBUR BARLI

BAHAN-BAHAN :

● 100 gm barli
● 1 tin jagung manis buang airnya
● 1500 ml air
● 400ml santan
● 1 cawan gula
● 7 sudu makan sagu biji (basuh dan toskan)
● 2 helai daun pandan (disimpul) Sedikit garam

CARA MEMASAK :

1. Basuh barli dan toskan. Rebus barli bersama air dan daun pandan sehingga kembang.

2. Apabila kembang masukkan jagung dan gula. Biar mendidih.

3. Masukkan p**a santan, sagu dan garam.

4. Kacau sehingga ia mendidih dan angkat.
