𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒄𝒓𝒐𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒔, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒄𝒓𝒐𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒔. 🥐 My standards were ruined (in the best way) 😘 in Paris back in 1994. Ever since that first bite, I’ve been a total purist.

(Other cafes, you can keep your fancy fillings and viral trends, it's okay, you do you.)

Just give it to me plain with butter and some "strobes" jam. (Thank you, John, for the South African speak!) 🍓🧈

Am I the weird aunty at EMILY Darling? Probably. But when the lamination is this flaky, you don’t need to hide it under anything else. I’m always in my own little Parisian time capsule if you need me. 🇫🇷

Sourdough is available this weekend, with choices of Italian Herbs and the Classic. Both packed with whole wheat flour, wheat germs, white rye goodness.
