The long weekend kept us busy in all the best ways.

From quick coffee dates and hours-long catch-ups to families exploring and fur kids making themselves at home, we loved seeing how everyone made our space their own this holiday.

Reflecting on a wonderful weekend at our second coffee event of the year. We’re so grateful for the invitation to be part of the Guangzhou Coffee Culture Festival, and even more grateful for everyone who stopped by our booth.

It was a meaningful few days of brewing, connection, and catching up with faces old and new. Every conversation and cup shared meant a great deal to our team.

It was a full few days of brewing, sharing, and meeting so many of you across the bar. From first sips to familiar faces returning, we’re grateful for every conversation and every cup held.

We had the joy of hosting a kid’s birthday at Norm, an afternoon filled with warmth, laughter, and easy moments shared. Fried chicken waffles and fries, and brownie dessert cups made their way around the table, enjoyed by all.

An internal brewing session led by our in-house roaster, sharing not just technique, but the small decisions that shape a cup. From grind size to pour rhythm, from aroma to structure, we take time to understand what we’re tasting, and why it matters.

We don’t rush the process.
