After nearly 15 years in Japanese MNCs, she built Dhuha Tensai Resources from her own kitchen — surviving fluctuating sales, market shocks, and personal capacity limits. While running a halal-certified sauce and frozen food line, she prepares her gentle slow-learner daughter, Nuha , as her future successor. Progress is slow, but structured, and guided with compassion. In 2026, Rosu realigns her business into a sustainable model based on her strengths.
