d Cheah has brought with him various cooking skill from Italy, Thai, Fusion & Molecular Cuisine to this Café cm Restaurant. He has worked with 2 Michelin Star-Chef Max Milliano at Restorante Bolognia in Singapore. He’s an Executive Chef in Academy Of Pastry Arts Malaysia before he moved to become Education Mentor at Wangsen Bakery and Western Cuisine School in China. During his 36 years in this field, he has launched new restaurant in England, Singapore & Malaysia. Chef Clifford is bringing 32 years of his experience, recipes and knowledge to CLIFF 78. Chef Clifford has created a variety of food by combining Western and Fusion” to create an experience that you want more and satisfied stomach when you leave the restaurant.
