There’s something special about how Laksa Riso comes together. It’s built on a fish broth that’s been simmered until it’s deep and concentrated, with risoni that’s had just enough time to drink up all that richness.

The cuttlefish adds that familiar, smoky ‘’Wok Hey’’, not to overpower, but to give the seafood flavors a bit of a lift. It’s a quiet, comforting bowl where the smoke and spice just make sense together.

It was inspired by that split second when flame meets flavour,when the first spark catches and the whole room shifts for a moment —the beginning of everything that happens here at Neighbourwood.
That tiny, invisible instant where warmth, smoke, and anticipation all rise at once.

Thanks to Jefr Studio, that moment now lives on our wall.A reminder of how every meal here starts with a spark,and how the space continues to grow, breathe, and reinvent itself.

Neighbourwood has been around for four years now, and we’ve always hoped to bring in fresh elements — little surprises that make dining here feel different each time.
