Earlier this month, Kuala Lumpur and Penang’s dining establishments make their debut in the with 97 listings, covering over 20 cuisine types. 4 restaurants receive one MICHELIN Star and 32 establishments awarded Bib Gourmand.

A centerpiece of the 14-course Chef’s Menu at .kl- 14 day Dry Aged Silverhill Duck from Ireland.

The notable texture of its crispy skin and intense meat flavour is garnished with sunchoke puree, gaufrette potatoes, citrus duck jus and tangerine lace to add some citrus flavour & to also compliment the citrus duck jus poured table side.
