CHINTO burger is a gourmet/ bbq style burger that Chef Chinto has been making and pefecting for friends, family and fellow burger enthusiast for years. Chinto (Jacinto Castillo) is from San Francisco California and comes to Mexico to open a (pop up) restaurant while he travels around Jalisco in his qwest to discover more about his culture and find new adventures in the process. Back home when he

is not bartending, managing restaurants, or writing his business plan for his next project he is in the park with his grill, a bag of charcoal,a cooler full of beer, grilling burgers for all to enjoy! He lives for this! SO enjoy a CHINTO burger before he starts his next project and moves away and takes his burgers to his next destination!
