Working with endemic ingredients and organic produce harvested at Mestiza de Indias regenerative farm near Valladolid, NÜ ensures true care at every step of the cooking process— from sawing to the plating. Este septiembre, NÜ hará una breve pausa mientras dedicamos un poco de tiempo a lo que sucede detrás de escena.

From Tulum to Mexico City, NÜ found a new setting for one night.

Joining the 11th edition of Barra México®️, our bartender hugomorfinn_ brought a little piece of NÜ behind the bar at Cursi❣️ through cocktails, familiar flavors and new conversations.

Glasses filled, music carried through the room, and somewhere between each pour and every encounter, the spirit of NÜ met the rhythm of the city.
