After a season of discovering new flavours at his arrival to Mexico, our bar manager Juan Romero Gorjón created this marvelous and flavorfull piece of art for 19/20 🤵

Tequila, homemade jalapeño liquor and onion & coriander sirup are 3 of the 4 ingredients of this cocktail. Do you think you could guess the last one? 🥑

Not to forget that the jalacate is crowned with our vegan "chicharrón" made of tapioca and ginger 👨🏾‍🍳
