Our guests from Huatulco drove several hours to visit us - all for a taste of Poland at the beautiful Pacific Oaxaca beach. 🌊🥟
That’s how far you have to travel for authentic homemade pierogi… when Poland is waiting for you in paradise! ❤️

On the table today: Chłodnik Litewski — a refreshing Polish cold beet soup. Despite its Lithuanian name, chłodnik is a beloved staple of Polish cuisine. With its pleasantly sour base, young beets, fresh herbs, crunchy vegetables, and boiled egg, it’s the perfect dish for a hot summer day. ☀️
And today’s special pierogi: 🇮🇹 Italian Pierogi!
Originally created by Kinga at our first restaurant in Puerto Escondido in 2021, these pierogi are filled with chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese. They became so popular that our customers begged us to keep them on the menu!
